How the additional fan helps?
The conventional vehicle aircond system consist of only 1 fan to suck the hot air from the condenser. When the vehicle is idling, the fan will suck hot air, therefore making your air-conditioning abit less effective, it will only cool up when your vehicle is moving as the wind blows against it.
Now, adding a fan to suck from the outside would simulate that situation and help the air-conditioning's effectiveness. What more when it's a Denso Made in Japan 11-blade fan?=)
